Faster Payment System (FPS)

 

To address the increasing market needs for more efficient retail payment services, the HKMA has launched the Faster Payment System (FPS) on 17 September 2018. Both banks and stored value facilities (“SVF”) in Hong Kong may participate in the FPS. It enables their customers to make cross-bank/SVF payments easily, by entering the mobile phone number or the email address of the recipient, with funds available to the recipient almost immediately. The FPS operates on 24x7 basis and supports payments in the Hong Kong dollar and the Renminbi.

▲We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not come up as an option please contact us. Items are shipped from Hong Kong, Europe and Japan most of the time. 

 

▲We ship parcels via Hong Kong Post office, SF Express for Hong Kong customers. Hong Kong Post office and DHL for international customers. 

 

▲Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and weight/size.

Hong Kong Post office 

There is no additional charge when you choose Hong Kong post office to have the parcel delivered to your home directly , however,  there are possibilities that you may miss the delivery time and you need to collect the parcel at designed post office on the next working day. 

 

SF express

Self-pickup Service: We recommend costumer to choose Self-pickup Service of SF express. SF express have established over 800 S.F. Stores, S.F. Express Service Centers, EF Lockers and S.F. Service Points in Hong Kong to provide parcels self-pickup service. Please choose your nearby SF self-pickup point here. Do note down the the store code and full address when you process the order.

 

Door to door service:  HKD 20 is applied on delivery at residential address(Remote Area Surcharge HKD 30 ). Payments in other currencies are based on HKD 20 and are calculated according to the exchange rate of that month.

 

 

▲We will send you a tracking number once your package has been sent out.

Once item is shipped, we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

 

▲If you have not received the parcel yet, please kindly check if you have received a delivery card from Hong Kong Post Office or any missed call or an SMS message from SF Express. Redelivery may be arranged with additional charge if you fail to get your parcel before the pick-up period lapses.

 

 

TRANSIT TIME

▲Some product are made-to-order and will therefor be shipped 3–4 weeks after placement.

This option is best for smaller items that fit in a 12” x 18” pouch.

 

 

 

 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 

▲For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.  We suggest to check yourlocal office to avoid unexpected charges.

 

▲It is NOT possible to redirect your order once it is dispatched. Make sure your address provided is accurate at the check-out counter. Under NO circumstances, compensation for missing parcels shall be made to you due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS

▲Products bought from ▲C are non-returnable unfortunately. We  also do not accept exchanges or refunds in general. Please take a look of the size and info carefully before purchasing. 

 

▲For special circumstances, please contact us if you need a return or exchange and await our instructions before proceeding. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging. If you wish to return your order you must let us know within 14 days of reception and have returned the items within another 14 days. Please let us know through the contact form  if you wish to return your order.Free shipping does not apply to returned goods.

▲Sale or discounted items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or refunded at any case.
